I want to cancel my support.
We completely understand. If possible, we kindly ask that you notify us at least two months in advance, so we can make the necessary arrangements for the child to continue receiving support without interruption. Thank you for your understanding.
There is no formal contract. However, we operate according to the official terms and conditions of our donor program, which are shared with every donor on our website.
I can’t pay anymore.
- Annual donors contribute once per year.
- Monthly donors are expected to contribute each month.
- Alternatively, we offer a semi-annual option (every 6 months).
You are free to choose the option that works best for you, as long as it is consistent.
What percentage of my donation goes directly to programs?
100% of your donation is allocated directly to program activities — primarily to support the child(ren) in need through food, education, medical care, and basic living necessities.
I missed last payment. What should I do?
Please make the missed payment as soon as you are able.
Regular and timely donations are essential. Children rely on consistency — not only financially, but emotionally. Delays can disrupt their access to food, school, and basic care. If you’re experiencing difficulties, please contact us — open communication is key so we can work together to find a solution.
I want to pause my support for a few months.
Unfortunately, temporary pauses are not possible. A child’s needs do not stop — they require daily care, meals, education, and security.
If a sponsor is unable to continue, even temporarily, we are obligated to reassign the child to a new donor to ensure continuity of support.
Can I make a one-time contribution of any amount?
Yes, absolutely. One-time donations of any amount are always welcome and go directly to supporting children and project activities. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a tangible difference.
Can I donate items like clothing or supplies?
Yes — we organize targeted in-kind donation drives prior to our field visits. These are carefully coordinated to ensure that items are appropriate, needed, and directly delivered to the children.
Please contact us in advance if you’d like to participate in our next scheduled shipment.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Donations made to our organization are tax-deductible, in accordance with applicable laws.
Can you send me an invoice for my donation?
As a non-profit organization, we do not issue commercial invoices. However, we can provide you with an official donation confirmation letter.
